Information Horse 'n' Round Studio Gathers and Tracks

Horse 'n' Round Studio gathers information about users in two areas:

Contact Us form: Only the information a user enters in the form is gathered and emailed to Horse 'n' Round Studio. No one has access to this information without express permission from the Horse 'n' Round Studio proprietors.
PayPal ordering process: Information gathered by PayPal during the process of a purchase is stored only by PayPal. Horse 'n' Round Studio receives only name and address, as appropriate for shipping purchased products.

How Horse 'n' Round Studio Uses Your Information

Your name and email address are used to respond appropriately to requestions, questions or feedback.

Your name and shipping address are used to mail purchased products to you, as appropriate. USPS is the preferred shipping method, but UPS may be used upon request or at the discretion of Horse 'n' Round Studio.

Horse 'n' Round Studio does not currently publish a newsletter or email advertisements of any kind. Should a newsletter or email publicity program begin, opt-out instructions will be emailed to the list before the first issue is published and will be included with all issues going forward.

Horse 'n' Round Studio does not sell any contact information to 3rd-party companies.

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.
