The intended audience would be using a robust online content management tool built for organizations (often non-profit) so they could easily manage photos, calendar, events, including registration and tracking. However, they were not expected to be high-tech in order to use the tool or understand a lot of new terminology, nor would they have time to sit down and read a large manual. Portions of this help system were also turned into visual demos using RoboHelp. |
