Romney sheep were developed in the Romney Marsh area of England, on the southeast coast. This fleece is sturdy and bouncy to spin, making in an excellent choice for hard-wearing outerwear. It also felts nicely for things like bags or structural needle felting. Its natural color will overdye for rich colors. This fleece came from a local farm.
